Coaching For Neurodivergent Women in Melbourne
ADHD | Autism | AudHD | GiftednessIs your stuff-stuff getting in the way of your life-stuff and vice-versa?
You probably know everything I’m about to tell you because you’ve lived it, read about it talked about it and tried to solve it a million different ways.
You can be the biggest genius on earth but some areas of your life still feel unruly in ways that others would never believe. They probably even say “yeah, I’m like that too!” But they’re not…and you know it…because… if only they knew!
Your psychologist, TikTok or latest podcast might be giving you ideas you genuinely want to action, but there is still a gap between the knowing, doing and maintaining.
If the quick fixes are no longer working, this is for you.
For some people it’s a lifelong tug-of-war with their stuff. You like accumulating the stuff. Sometimes you can keep it under control but the overwhelm creeps back in.
For some people this feeling of overwhelm is a whole new experience because there is more stuff, more responsibility, less time or less energy. It’s no longer fun.
But how? Were do you even start?!
Experiential Coaching
Experiential coaching is a practical approach where you learn through doing.
We explore what matters to you while doing something practical together. That might mean sorting a space, planning, testing a routine or beginning something you’ve been avoiding.
As we work, we notice what helps, what gets in the way and what you want to try differently. Practical progress can reduce immediate pressure while the coaching helps you understand what could support change.
Each session is tailored to your indidual goals - big and small.
What can we work on in an experiential coaching session?
You might be navigating a change, making a decision, starting a project or finding that your routines and spaces no longer support you.
We can work on an overwhelming space, an avoided task, competing priorities or belongings connected to a previous chapter of your life.
You don’t need a perfectly defined goal. Sometimes working out what you want is where we begin.
What happens in an experiential coaching session?
We explore what matters to you while doing something practical together. That might mean sorting a space, walking, planning, testing a routine or beginning something you’ve been avoiding.
As we work, we notice what helps, what gets in the way and what you want to try differently. The activity gives us something real to work with, connecting insight with action.
Is this for me?
The approach is collaborative and neuroaffirming. You don’t need a diagnosis to book.

Much like any form of coaching the best outcomes happen with consistency and time, where you’re at and what your goals are.
I am currently working with clients fortnightly and weekly in 6-12 month blocks and am always happy to tailor sessions to each individual.
Meet Anna SVED
For more than twenty years, I’ve helped people navigate spaces, systems and life transitions that often feel intimidating, overwhelming or not built for “us”.
I’m Anna Svedberg, founder of SVED. My background spans more than twenty years across adult learning, arts and culture, inclusion and supporting people through change.
Beyond the Wardrobe grew from working with clients whose wardrobe sessions opened up bigger questions about identity, decisions and everyday life.
My approach is collaborative, practical and neuroaffirming. We work with your real life, brain and capacity.
I’ve helped people:
understand themselves
feel more confident in their choices
and participate in spaces they once felt shut out of.
That work has taken me through:
supporting young women and girls to build resilience and self-esteem
art gallery and museums
diversity and inclusion leadership
transformation coaching
and behaviour-change practice.
I understand that getting dressed is rarely just about clothes.
It’s about:
belonging
visibility
confidence
identity
self expression
fitting in
standing out
and navigating who the world expects us to be.
I’ve worked with people navigating change that was:
chosen
unexpected
gradual
reactive
liberating
or deeply confronting.
And I’ve seen how confusing those shifts can feel when your wardrobe no longer reflects who you are, but you don’t know how to fix it.

One-to-one experiential coaching with Anna, in person in Melbourne.
Your session combines coaching and practical activity, shaped around what you want to work towards. We choose a focus together, work at a manageable pace and identify what you can take forward afterwards.
Up to one hour of travel is included in the session fee.
SVED created Wardrobe Coaching to interrupt The Wardrobe Feedback Loop.
Wardrobe Coaching cuts through the noise of trends, expectations and self-doubt, helping you reconnect with your own voice so it becomes the one that guides your wardrobe.
By combining coaching, wardrobe strategy and practical personal styling skills, Wardrobe Coaching helps you understand what works, what doesn't, why, and how to build a wardrobe that continues supporting your life long after the session ends.
JUST (ACTUALLY) DO IT!
Less talking around the problem.
More working with what is actually there.
Traditional one-hour appointments are valuable places to reflect, understand patterns and receive clinical or emotional support. But sometimes you need a different kind of help. The kind of help to JUST ACTUALLY DO IT!
Someone who can help you work out what matters, reduce the number of decisions, make the task feel possible and create a practical way forward.
SVED coaching is active, collaborative and solutions-focused. Depending on what you need, a session might move between conversation, coaching, body doubling, decision support, sorting, planning, experimenting and building practical systems.
You do not need to perform competence, tidy before I arrive or explain why something that looks simple has become difficult.
We start where you are. No masking, apologising, shame, judgement or all those things that make things hard. Together we’ll get to the heart of what you want from your space now and take steps as big or small to get you moving again. Sometimes when our spaces feel overwhelming our brain can get extra-cluttered too so just know that the clarity of what you want might not even be that clear until we make space for what matters most for you to emerge.

Why Wardrobe Coaching?
You have probably never searched for Wardrobe Coaching because, until now, it hasn't existed as a recognised approach.
When something isn't working in peoples wardrobe, they search for solutions to the immediate problem.
They might:
buy more clothes
book a personal stylist for a shopping trip
hire a wardrobe organiser or decluttering professional
download a capsule wardrobe guide
spend hours searching for style advice
copy what others are doing
follow fashion influencers for inspiration
buy complete outfits straight from the mannequin
These are all incredibly valuable and valid solutions for the right problem.
But when the problem keeps coming back, people blame themselves in different ways for never quite getting it right and it's often because only part of the problem has been addressed.
Wardrobe Coaching was created to not only break the cycle individuals face in their wardrobes, but also as a tool to enhace goal setting, clarity and momentum beyond clothes. when they work hand-in-hand you can unlock years of ‘stuckness’.
It recognises that your wardrobe isn't simply where clothes are stored. It's an extension of who you are and a communication tool. It's one of the few environments you interact with every single day. It holds your past, supports your present and has the potential to shape your future. It influences your decisions, confidence, identity and behaviour, while also reflecting them back to you and the people you are interacting with.
When you intentionally change your relationship with your wardrobe, you don't just change what you wear. You change how you experience getting dressed, how you move through the world and how your wardrobe supports your personal goals and values.
How SVED’s approach is different and why it works
SVED COACHING (update for coaching not wardrobe coaching)
Uses your spaces as an immersive coaching environment. It combines coaching, personal styling, style education, wardrobe strategy, decluttering and organising to help you build a wardrobe that supports your identity, goals and everyday life. Rather than solving one part of the problem, it brings everything together to create meaningful, lasting change.
Coaching, personal styling, style coaching, wardrobe decluttering and wardrobe organising all solve different problems and are often delivered by different specialists.
SVED Coaching is different because it doesn't see your wardrobe as simply a place to store clothes. SVED uses your wardrobe as a dynamic environment that can become both a catalyst for change and an everyday support.
By bringing together coaching, wardrobe strategy, personal styling, practical systems, decluttering and organising, SVED helps you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. The result is lasting change in the way you dress, think, decide and show up.
The Experiential Change Loop
Most coaching focuses on thoughts, goals and conversation. SVED looks at the bigger picture: who you are, what you do, the environments and systems you use, and the world you are navigating.
Experiential coaching allows us to work with these connected influences in real time, creating change that is practical, personal and more likely to last.
Who You Are
Your identity, neurotype, values, strengths, needs, energy, capacity, goals and lived experience.
Your Actions and Patterns
What you do, avoid, repeat or find difficult to begin. Your habits, decisions, routines and responses.
Each part of the loop influences the others.
Rather than assuming you need more motivation or willpower, we explore where change will have the greatest effect. That might mean shifting a belief, trying a different action, adapting the environment, building a practical system or acknowledging a real external constraint.
We test what helps, notice what happens and adjust from there.
Your Environment and Systems
The physical spaces, tools, structures, cues and systems you interact with every day, including what supports you and what creates friction.
The World Around You
Work, family, relationships, culture, expectations, money, health, time and the realities shaping what is possible right now.
Why coach through YOUR STUFF?
SVED COACHING (update for coaching not wardrobe coaching)
The wardrobe is a uniquely powerful coaching environment because it gives us immediate feedback in a safe, supportive and relatively low-stakes environment. Instead of simply talking about change, we can literally try things on, notice what shifts and explore what feels aligned in the moment. At the same time, we build practical habits, systems and decision-making skills that continue supporting you long after the session ends.
Every Wardrobe Coaching session is tailored to you and your Wardrobe Goals. No two wardrobes, bodies, goals or life experiences are the same. Rather than following a rigid formula, Anna draws from a broad coaching toolkit, adapting her approach to meet you where you're at. Together, you'll build greater confidence, self-trust, resilience and clarity while creating a wardrobe that genuinely supports your everyday life and the direction you're heading.
The result isn't simply a better wardrobe or great outfits.
It's a stronger relationship with yourself, supported by one of the most powerful yet overlooked environments you interact with every single day.
CAN YOU JUST DO IT FOR ME? YES AND NO….
How was SVED's
xyz Coaching
approach created?
SVED COACHING (update for coaching not wardrobe coaching)
Wardrobe Coaching wasn't created overnight. It's the culmination of more than twenty years spent helping people navigate change, understand themselves and move forward with greater clarity.
Long before formally training as a transformational coach, Anna Svedberg was designing and facilitating learning experiences, supporting behaviour change, teaching adults, producing public programs and helping people make sense of complex life experiences. Throughout her career she has worked with hundreds, and likely thousands, of people across universities, emergency services, government, financial services, museums, community organisations, arts and cultural institutions and private practice.
Along the way, one question kept resurfacing.
Why do so many smart, capable people continue to struggle with their wardrobe?
It was understanding the relationship between people, behaviour, the environments they interact with every day and the broader social and cultural landscape they live in.
Wardrobe Coaching brings together professional coaching, behaviour change, systems thinking, personal styling, storytelling, adult learning and organisational change into one practical approach. It is informed by evidence-based coaching practice, change management, agile principles, NLP coaching, behavioural science, habit formation, communication and years of recognising patterns across diverse people and settings. It is also shaped by a lifelong fascination with how identity, behaviour and environments influence one another, and how small, intentional actions accumulate into meaningful, lasting change.
