Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What does a Wardrobe RESET actually involve? A: This is an in-depth session that I recommend allowing 5 hours for. It happens 1:1 with Anna SVED at your home and is available across Melbourne. We start with a consultation to understand what’s working and what’s not. The edit involves reviewing your wardrobe, lots of try-ons, and then removing what no longer serves you. We reset your wardrobe so things are easy to find and dressing makes sense day-to-day to eliminate decision fatigue.

Q: I’m overwhelmed and have nothing to wear. Is this for me? A: Yes. Most clients book because their closet feels disconnected from who they are now. Whether you're navigating ADHD overwhelm, a career shift, or a changing body, we create spatial and mental clarity. It is a zero-judgement, supportive process designed to make getting dressed easy.

Q: My body has changed. Can you help? A: Absolutely. I specialise in styling for life transitions such as post-baby, menopause, perimenopause, body changes, or returning to work while breastfeeding. We focus on what fits and supports you and your body today, ensuring you look and feel confident and comfortable in what you wear.

Q: Is this suitable for neurodivergent or sensory-sensitive individuals? A: Yes. As an ADHD-friendly neuro-affirming stylist, I ensure sessions are structured and practical with flexibility. Sensory preferences are taken into consideration in the styling and shopping sessions while creating a system that works with your brain, not against it.

Q: Will you make me throw things away or get rid of sentimental pieces? A: Never. You are always the one in control of what stays and what goes. My role is to provide a professional perspective on what aligns with your current goals and body. If an item is sentimental or you simply love it, we keep it. We find a way to honor those pieces without them adding to your daily overwhelm.

Q: Will you change my style or "sanitize" my taste? A: Not at all. My goal is to help you look like the most authentic version of yourself, not a polished version of someone else. I don't believe in rigid rules or stripping away your personality. We work to uncover and amplify your unique taste so your wardrobe feels like home.

Q: I’m not sure which session I need. What should I book? A: Start with the session that feels closest to where you are at. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Once you’ve booked, we can adjust the session to suit your wardrobe, lifestyle, and goals. You can also upgrade to a multi-session package at any time, with your initial session credited toward it. From then on, you’ll have access to returning client rates. Booking locks in your spot and everything else can unfold from there.

Q: Can sessions be tailored? A: Always. Whether you’d like equal focus on styling and systems, a reset with some deeper outfit work, or something entirely your own, your session will be built around you. If you need extra time on the day, that is available at a reduced client rate.

Q: Do you work with all sizes, genders, ages and stages of life? A: Yes. This is an inclusive, supportive service created for people of all body types, genders, ages, and life stages. I support everyone through transitions such as career changes, parenting, separation and divorce, post-partum, returning to work, burnout recovery, menopause, perimenopause, retirement, moving house. Your clothes don’t need to match a past version of you. I’ll help you create a wardrobe and style that reflects where you’re going next.

Q: What will my session include? A: Each session is different but always includes an in-depth style consultation to ensure we’re on the same page. You will receive gentle guidance on editing or reorganising alongside practical tips and mindset shifts to make getting dressed easier. Above all, it’s a calm and collaborative experience designed to help you feel seen, confident, and capable.

Q: How long is a session? A: Most single sessions are 3 to 5 hours. Multi-session packages are scheduled around your availability and can include in-home and shopping sessions.

Q: How should I prepare? A: Once you’ve booked there is nothing special you need to do. You will receive details from SVED prior to your session for anything specific you will need to do.

Q: I’m introverted, overwhelmed, or exhausted. Will this be too much? A: Not at all. Many of my clients are navigating full lives or big transitions. The session is designed to feel like a deep exhale. It is a reset, not another task. We go at your pace with no pressure and no judgment. You’ll feel clearer, lighter, and more grounded by the end.

Q: Can I purchase a gift voucher? A: Yes. Gift vouchers are available for any session or a custom amount. They make a thoughtful and supportive gift for birthdays, new parents, milestones, or anyone in need of a reset. Please request your voucher via the contact page.

Q: I’d like help with something more specific. Can that be arranged? A: Yes. I also offer tailored support for special events, wardrobe edits before a big move, style discovery, unpacking, red carpet, virtual wardrobes, digital lookbooks and style guides. If it is wardrobe-related, we can work with it. Reach out via the contact form or book a free Discovery Chat if you would like help choosing the right service.

Q: What happens after I book? A: You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know. I’ll take care of planning and prep based on your booking, and together we’ll shape the session to meet you where you are.

Q: Where can I find the fine print? A: You can view the full Terms and Conditions here. This includes information on rescheduling, payments, travel, and privacy. These terms are in place to protect both you and the business.
