on neurodivergence, manageable wardrobes and the final 5 days to book
The Update
This week I’ve been developing a wardrobe and styling support package for NDIS participants, particularly those navigating overwhelm, sensory and executive functioning challenges, body changes and major life transitions.
I’m trialling the first session with a client this week and will open it more broadly once it’s refined. If this is something you or someone you know might benefit from, watch this space.
I’m also meeting with a very SVED‑aligned label this week. I have a feeling we’re gonna cook up something juicy.
On neurodivergence
More than half of SVED clients are neurodivergent but not receiving enough support, often resulting in significant overwhelm and burnout.
A wardrobe is one of the most common things to feel out of control, confusing and a source of shame. With a strategic approach that works with your brain, actual life and without judgement, your wardrobe can become totally manageable and stay that way.
It’s about understanding how clothing, comfort, routines, sensory needs, confidence, daily decision‑making, spending habits, and what you like and need, interact for you. This is what allows us to create a wardrobe that is practical, functional, easier to manage and still feels true to you.
Sure, we create great outfits, but ultimately it’s the identity work and the strategic setup of the wardrobe that changes your relationship with your clothes and how you interact with them.
If you’re new here, last week I shared a piece on the methodology that sits underneath every session I run. It’s the reason clients describe the work as “styling meets therapy” and why the clarity feels immediate and lasting.
