  • Event Styling

  • Multi-Session Packages

Current services, specific inclusions, and pricing are detailed on the Appointments page of the website and may be updated at any time. Any additional services requested outside the scope of a booked package will be quoted separately and are subject to availability.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST is not charged.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Platform: Bookings are made through Acuity Scheduling, with secure payment processing via Stripe, PayPal, or Google Pay.

  • Deposit: A 50 percent deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment time.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 50 percent balance is automatically charged to your nominated payment method 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Failure of Payment: If the final payment fails and is not completed within 4 hours of notification, SVED reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the initial 50% deposit as compensation for the time slot lost.

3.1 Travel

  • Origin Point: Travel is calculated from the stylist’s base location in Northcote, VIC 3070.

  • Included Travel: SVED includes up to 1 hour (60 minutes) of travel time each way at no extra cost.

  • Travel Charges: Any travel time beyond the included 61 minutes (each way) will be charged in 15-minute increments at $25 per increment. This charge applies to both the journey to and from your location.

  • Unexpected Delays: You will not be charged for unexpected delays such as traffic, road closures, or public transport issues on the day of the session.

  • Invoicing: Any applicable travel charges will be itemised and invoiced after your session and must be paid within 3 business days.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

The following policy ensures fairness for both parties and protects SVED's ability to rebook time slots.

  • Rescheduling (48+ Hours Notice): You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice without penalty, subject to SVED’s availability.

  • Rescheduling (Less than 48 Hours): Rescheduling within 48 hours may be accommodated at SVED’s discretion and may incur an administrative fee of up to $150.

  • Cancellation (Less than 48 Hours): Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

  • Missed Appointments (No Notice): Missed appointments or 'no-shows' without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • Refunds (After Commencement): Refunds are not available once a session has commenced or service materials (such as pre-work guides or personalised reports) have been sent.

  • SVED Cancellation: SVED reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to illness, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event SVED must cancel and a suitable rescheduling time cannot be found, a full refund will be provided.

5. Health and Safety

  • Scope of Service: SVED is a styling and coaching service, not a mental health service. While the approach is trauma-informed, clients should seek professional health support where required.

  • Illness: Clients must not attend an in-person session if unwell or contagious. Please reschedule as soon as possible.

  • Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present for the duration of the in-person session.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Punctuality and Information: Clients must arrive on time for all sessions and provide accurate background information relevant to the service.

  • Home Environment (In-Person): For in-person sessions, clients must ensure the home environment is safe and accessible for the stylist.

  • Late Arrival: If you are late, the session will still conclude at the original scheduled end time, and the session may be shortened accordingly.

  • Termination of Session: SVED reserves the right to immediately refuse or end a session due to inappropriate behaviour, the presence of an unsafe or unsuitable environment, individual, or any material breach of these terms. If a session is ended due to a client’s breach, the client will be charged the full session fee.

7. Styling Outcomes and Liability

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL): This clause does not limit your rights under the non-excludable guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Specifically, SVED guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, and will be fit for the particular purpose requested by the client.

  • Subjectivity: Styling, wardrobe outcomes, and personal transformation are inherently subjective.

  • Client Decisions: Clients are solely responsible for all decisions and purchases made during or after a session.

  • Risk: Clients remain responsible for the safety and care of their garments, accessories, and the home environment during the session.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the ACL, SVED is not liable for dissatisfaction, subjective wardrobe choices, or incidental damage to garments, furnishings, or personal belongings during the provision of the service.

  • Redemption: Gift Cards and Discount Codes must be applied at the time of booking.

  • Non-Redeemable: They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed or existing booking.
